The CCP offshore platform is designed as an unmanned remote control facility, installed in the Mediterranean Sea offshore Egypt in a water depth of 84.5 m, located in the East Mediterranean Basin (East Nile Delta). Petroleum Marine Service PMS was awarded from Petrobel to carry out ZOHR CCP Platform Transportation & Installation.

BALTIM SOUTH WEST DEVELOPMENT

Baltim South West Field is located in Baltim South Development Lease (Baltim Concession), close to the Mediterranean coast, laying in 23 m water depth, about 18 km far from Nidoco 11, in front of Abu Madi Plant.  The aim of the project is to transport the gas production of the new platform BSW to the shoreline at Petrobel NIDOCO -11 Area and eventually to ABU Madi plant (via on onshore pipeline some 30 km long). On 21stOctober 2018 Eni /Petrobel (company) awarded petroleum marine services (PMS) the installation of a new conductor Platform (BSW) (in 24 m water depth) and a new 26” gas (multiphase) subsea pipeline 17.12 km long.

NAO & HH DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

The purpose of this project is to boost the production of Amer Field, located in the Gulf of Suez, by installing 2 new platforms: “NAO” and “HH” in about 24 m water depth along with a new 6“subsea pipeline. The new 6″ subsea pipeline is about 8 Km long it transports the fluid from the NAO P/F to Amer-8 existing platform and is connected with HH P/F through Barred Tee.  The New P/L is located in 25 m water depth so that the new production would be transported to Northern onshore Planet via the existing 8″ subsea pipeline.  Topside modification will be required on Amer-8 existing platforms.

TRANSPORTATION & INSTALLATION SUBCONTRACT IN RESPECT OF AMAL C PLATFORM & ASSOCIATED OFF-SHORE WORKS

In 2015 AMAPETCO was planning to develop AMAL OFFSHORE field -located in the southwest region of the Gulf of Suez (EGYPT) – to maintain a sustainable production capacity of 70 MMSCFD of gas associated with about 10,500 BFPD instead of 68 MMSCFD of gas associated with about 5,500 BOPD. AMAPETCO planned to boost the production of Amal offshore field located in the Gulf of Suez by installing a new platform: “Amal-C” in approximately 22 m water depth to the west of Amal-B existing platform along with a new 10″ multi phase subsea pipeline. The new 10″ subsea pipeline is about 1.3 Km long and runs from the new Amal-C to Amal-A existing platform located in 25 m water depth so that the new production would be transported to AMAPETCO onshore facilities (GOSP) via the existing 24″ subsea pipeline. On 28th Dec 2015, PMS was awarded from PICO Energy as a subcontractor for the transportation and installation of AMAL-C platform & associated offshore works

LAYING OF 6” SUBSEA PIPELINE CONNECTING WAQ/AQ-PII PLATFORMS

On 30 Aug 2017 Abu Qir Petroleum Company AQP Awarded to PMS the Laying Of 6” Subsea Pipeline Connecting WAQ/AQ-PII platforms project. Sub-sea pipelines connect AQP facilities (Offshore platforms & Media plant). During the consecutive surveys performed by AQP Inspection Division along the 6” subsea pipeline AQP decided to put out the line of service. The 6” subsea pipeline connects WAQ platform -located approximately 15 Km north-east of the port of Abu Qir in approximate water depth of 32m- to AQ-PII platform -located approximately 25 Km north-east of the port of Abu Qir in approximate water depth of 17m. For this reason, AQP decided a partial replacement of the line and lay a new 6’ Pipeline covering the straight part only

The GOS Pipelines Project mainly comprises, execution of New & replacement of 6 offshore Pipelines. Installation of New or replacement of Five complete P/Ls & one other P/L will replace first 5 Km from Morgan 8 side (Total P/Ls approximately 60 Km); suitable for conventional pipeline laying. PMS awarded scope includes the onshore, shore approach and shallow water section of the 18-inch October/R-Bakr and 12-inch JWF/ J-10 pipelines from the tie-in battery limit within the onshore terminal to the pipeline intermediate laydown location at water depth 18m. Other contract packages cover the remaining scopes of work. On 31stMay 2018 GUPCO awarded PMS the Shore Approach and Shallow Water Section of The 18” October/R-Bakr & 12” JWF / J-10 Pipelines project. PMS scope includes installing the near shore (shore approach and shallow water) of the Pipelines between the tie-in point at onshore terminal and the intermediate laydown location at Kp1.9for 12” July water flood / J-10 Pipeline and Kp2.65 for 18″ October platform / Ras-Bakr

INSTALLATION OF 32” PIPE LINE

The objective of this project was to import about 1 billion to 1.5 billion cubic feet of natural gas to supply the excess demand of power.  PMS scope is to Installation and fixation of 32” pipeline along 1140 m on the jetty on pre-installed cantilever by Sumid.  On 1st September 2016 PMS was awarded from GASCO the Gasco 32″ Natural Gas import P/L on Sumid Jetty at El-Sokhna project.
